Hello, I've written a program for myself for helping to remember
to change my clocks for daylight savings. Dont' ask.
Anyway, any beta testers I can get will help to ensure that it is
functioning correctly.

If daylight savings is 10 days away or
less, it flashes a window. The window disappears after
a few seconds, unless daylight savings is a day or two away,
then the window remains on the screen until the user (me)
responds to it.

I just use a shareware calendar that prints out a month and includes a
memo of the date for Daylight Saving time as well as Standard Time in
the Fall! It has worked for me for years - commercial calendars also
include the date.
