Reminder not working

The default reminder has been turned off under tools-
options. She uses the reminder tick box on each individual
appointment. However its not working. The reminders do not
appear to inform her of upcoming appointments. Any ideas?

Are the appointments in her default Calendar folder -- the original one
that is in the same set of folders where her mail is delivered?

Try starting Outlook once on that machine with the /CleanReminders
switch. If you need help using Outlook command line switches, look
