Reminder not popping up

I have a problem with only two people in our office on
Outlook 03. We recently upgraded them from Office 97 and
for some reason when using outlook they don't get the
reminder window popping up when appointments have been
sent to them.

Can any one help me.

Is it sent to the Exchange account, not a pop3 account? Is it in the default
calendar? Did you try the cleanreminders switch?
