Try opening Outlook using the ".../CleanReminders" switch. The
link(s) below (depending upon your Outlook version) will give
you the instructions on how to use it. I would also use the
".../CleanFreeBusy" switch for good measure.

My appointment reminder doesn't work anymore, even though I check the
appropriate box for a reminder. I have the box checked in
Tools:Options
efault Reminder, and every appointment page has the box
checked, but they never pop up. Then, periodically, maybe every week or
three, I get a ton of overdue reminders, just like that! Anyone know why?
