Outlook 2000
Workgroup
A user sent internal appointments for several meetings. We had trouble with
our data server and had to restore from backup. Now the people who accepted
the meetings have a problem with reminders for 2 past meetings. When any
action is taken with these reminders they get a message "Cannot turn off the
reminder. You may be reminded again. The message you specified cannot be
found." The reminder pops up every time they open outlook. The meetings
were deleted from their outlook. And one meeting was deleted from the
organizer.
I ran scanpst on their .pst. No error reported. I exported their calendar,
at which time I looked to see if there were anything about the meetings and
there were not. I deleted all appointments using microsoft's delete all from
calendar article 27215. Closed/opened outlook. The reminders did not
appear. Selected Calendar, supposedly with no data, and the reminders
appeared.
Do you have any ideas?
Thank you
