reminder affect mail format

hi,
problem with outlook 2002.

when request for meeting is sent with reminder checked
a recipient receives message in plain text.
When there is no reminder set, everything is OK.
I "played" with mail format. Set it exactly the same way
as on outlook 2000(I have only one machine with outlook
2002). The only difference is that I don't have option for
MIME on 2002 that is set on 2000.
Any idea?
