remgina.dll erro

Hello
I am trying to remote in to another XP box and keep
getting an remgina.dll error.
I can, however, have that person send me an invite and I
get to their machine...but why can't I remote into theirs?

Have you installed a piece of third-party software, perhaps PCAnywhere,
perhaps a proprietary VPN client, which replaces the standard Microsoft
GINA?
