remembering sites visited

How do I set the computer to remember the sites I have visted and the
individual items I have viewed?
EG the Argos site - if I have typed a name or number how can I get this to
stay in the site memory?

If you go to "tools/internet options/history" you can set the number of days
to keep them. Every time you visit a site the time will be extended by the
number of days. You can also make any of them a favorite.

Try also "save file for viewing off line/on local computer." You can open
and update w/o browsing or searching History or Favorites; well, some
functionality of the original might be lost.
