Remember Password not working

Neil

User is trying to access the "Intranet" from our company. He is logging in
for the first time and then clicks on the "Remember Password" button. He
saves this in the Favorites option and when he wants to go again and access
the intranet, he uses the favorite option assuming that it would
automatically log him into the Intranet, which is not happening. What can be
done to fix this issue?

Hi,
In Internet Options> Security> Local Intranet Zone> Custom Settings> User
Authentication... try the two "Automatic logon" options.

Thanks for your response.

I did check and found that it has "Automatic logon only in Intranet zone"
enabled.

Should it be "Automatic logon with current username and password?
