Remember Me Not working for any site

Hi!
I'm having a bit of a problem all of a sudden.
All the "Remember Me" options on all sites are no longer working, so I have
to log in after every browser close (Facebook, Youtube, Yahoo Mail, etc.). I
assume it has something to do with the browswers deleting cookies? I use
Firefox 3.0.3 and IE7, and I'm having the same problem with both.
How can I fix this issue?

Have you checked in you anti-virus / anti-spyware software also?
Newer style "security" software will automatically clean up cookies
and all "personal" data.

Thanks for your answer.
I fixed it by going to the Firefox Appdata, and inside my profile folder, I
deleted a file called cookies.sqlite (I got the advice from the Mizilla
site). The file had become corrupted, and after I deleted it, it was
regenerated and worked fine.
