Remapping a Keyboard Stroke

I do a lot of data entry and I would like to have easy access near the number
pad for a TAB input. I would like to map the CTRL and the DECIMAL (NumPad) to
input a TAB.

I have been unsuccessful at finding a desired solution for this.

AutoHOtkEY is the thing you want , it can let you customize anything [ You
