Hi,

I have found several programs that let a person remap their keys. The
problem is that they only remap a key to another single key. What I want is
when I press the page down button I get 00 instead. Yes that is two zeros.
Is there any software that can do this?

Thanks,

Keys are only "one" key enabled, You you may need to do is the set up
a "keyboard macro" adn then assign it to some type of key.

A custom keyboard layout, which you can make using the free Microsoft
Keyboard Layout Creator,
definitely can generate two characters from one keystroke.
But installing a new kbd layout may be not acceptable to users.
