I have installed & registered a Win2K TS Licensing server
in one server. However, this server needs to be replaced
soon. Can I use a new server and set it up as TS
Licensing Server? How do I "move" my current configs,
client certs and registrations details to this new server?

You can backup the licensing database and then restore it
to your new computer. However, you'll need to call the
Microsoft clearinghouse in order to get those licenses
reissued so you can install them on the newly activated
terminal services licensing server.

For the most part, I would just deactivate your current
license server, activate the new one, then call the
Microsoft clearinghouse to get new licenses.

I thought there was a knowledgebase article about this,
but I can't seem to find it. You basically can backup the
system state or just backup the ts license service files.
Then just restore these to your new server.
