Relocate programs to another partition

By default most programs are installed in
C:\Program Files.
Is there a program which will relocate
my programs to another partition,
say, D:\Program Files,
and retain all the registry and ini files so
those programs will work.

I haven't used it, but you also might want to look at Setupam:

The main page for Funduc indicates that the program isn't freeware:
