I have an IBM ThinkCentre (with IBM pre-load) purchased in October, 2003 with 35 gigs. I have serious virus issues. In the process of trying to reslove them I downloaded a Sophos Trial Version with a netsupport function I cannot delete. Sophos is not responding. So, I cannot install McAfee since it thinks Sophos is actively running. Since I use this computer for business I have decided that my only alternative is to copy all my data files to CDs and reload the operating system and programs. Please, any advice anyone can offer on avoiding problems with the reinstall will be greatly appreciated. I've been struggling with problems for a week now thanks to an antivirus program I won't identify except to say that the manufacturer's name begins with S
