Reloading W2K

I have a server that has 5 drive partitions and i need to
reload the Windows server 2K that is on the C drive. When
I get done reinstalling server will I be able to just
reattach to the other drives or will I have to format the
other drives?

The partitions will be there without any intervention from you.

Just wipe and reload on C:
