Reloading Excel ODBC driver for Office 2007 on Server 2003 64 bit

The only Excel ODBC driver on the machine is a User DSN that reports the
setup routines cannot be found, please reinstall the driver, when I attempt
to configure it.

Are there any functional ODBC drivers for Enterprise Excel 2007 on a 2003 64
bit server?

How do you reinstall the driver? I've run an office repair but this did
nothing.
