Reloading entire web

Hi

Every now and then, when I make just a few adjustments to my web site,
Frontpage insists on reloading the entire web which takes around an hour.
No matter what I do, it will not allow me to proceed until I have uploaded
everything. Has anyone come across this before? If you have, what is the
cause and how can I stop it?

Running FP2000 on Win 98SE.

There are certain shared elements that you might have edited, which
propogate themselves to many or all pages. That could be your answer.
