Reliability Monitor doesn't work

Hi all,
Since I've reïnstalled Vista Ultimate a week ago, the Reliablity
Monitor
doesn't collect data anymore. I just get a screen saying that
it hasn't been running for 24 hrs or has reset due to data corruption.
RACAgent is enabled.
Any ideas anyone?

LOL I suppose I do! It's probably sick to the teeth of all those
BSOD's.
