Is there any word yet on when we are going to see a new
beta, or when the final release is going to happen????

So far, beta 2 should be out before the end of the year. I personally
suspect that final version might possibly coincide with the release of
Internet Explorer 7 for Windows XP SP2.

when IE 7.0 beta 2 is release expect Microsoft
Antispyware beta 2 to show up. there's talk that these
two is somewhat going be integrated. i think this is the
reason why msas has been so late on releasing beta 2

Not integrated, but they will play off each other, basically MSAS will have
IE 7.0s back in case of an attack for example.
