Relaying not permitted..... How do I fix this?

One station on our network is getting this error message. Just started this
past week after attempting to send an email.

And we are to guess what VERSION of Outlook is involved?
Or what was the full content of the error message?
Or for what type of e-mail account (SMTP, HTTP/Deltasync, or Exchange)?

Have you yet enabled authentication to the SMTP mail server in the
e-mail account you defined within Outlook (if using SMTP)?
