relax pop up

When I have my computer on this pop up that stops me from working appears. It says look away from the computer ...relax etc. How do I get rid of it ?
 
Hi,

Start/run msconfig, look on the startup tab for a line that loads this
reminder utility. Uncheck it and click apply/ok to disable it.

Hi,

Disable windows messenger if you are not using it.Click start, select run
and type services.msc and click ok.

Scroll down and select messenger, double click it, and select the startup
type to disabled. Click Ok.

Download and install the google toolbar: http://toolbar.google.com/
This will stop unwanted pop-ups.

Download and install Ad-aware: http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/

Spybot Search and destroy: http://www.safer-networking.org

Download and install these programs, use the "update" option and then scan
your system for spyware and scumware. This should solve the problem.
