relative paths

Although I can't seem to find this now, but a few weeks ago I'm pretty sure
I saw a static method in the Framework documentation that given two paths,
returns the relative path from one path to the other.

I may have been dreaming, but would like to know if this method exists then
where would I find it?

I'm not sure about a .NET Framework class, but here is the Win32 method:
