I noticed that by deleting all relations from my DB all
seems work the same way - I think because the relations are
also repeated in the queries. Just to know...

That depends, ... when you say "deleting all relations", what does that
mean? How did you do that? It may be that the relationships are still
established, but no longer visible, which could explain why you found them
"repeated in the queries".

I just chose "Tools - Relations" and then deleted all tables
in the window

When I created the queries, I had already defined the
relations, so in the query structure window the relations
were automatically displayed - Then I deleted the relations
as I said and noticed that all was working as before, this
is my question

I rather suspected that. If you delete a table from the Relationships
window, the relationship still exists. You can confirm this by going back
to the Relationships window and clicking on the toolbar button for <Show
All>.

That you can see the relationships/joins when you build a query tells you
that the relationships still exist.

Good luck
