I'm new to Windows XP. Where do I find the tool bar that
has the "related items" icon. Used to be on other
versions of Windows. Please don't tell me they've taken
it off!

have used win3.1 (3years) and win98(3 years) and winXP
since january2003 and i have never seen anything called
related items. i guess i never used it.

it is not in winXP as far as i have seen tonight.

Right click in IE's toolbar or menu bar, and make sure Standard Buttons is
selected. Then right click again, select Customize and you'll find the
Related button there.

doug....i use few icons on my toolbar prefer keyboard...

in my 'customize toolbar' window i have no 'related' item
in left box. of couse i only use the back icon in right
box to tell me there is a history in open window.

where did 'related 'it go? can these be deleted?

Betty, I checked another system, and its there by default, apparently. I
don't know that default buttons can be removed, entirely, but I guess its
possible.

Add "Show Related Links" to Internet Explorer (159)

The REG file here will add the related button back. Its possible that
since some people consider Alexa "spyware", that AdAware or some other
program may remove it in error.
