Rejected e-mails!

outlook express 4.0 will not allow me to send any new e-
mails. It rejects them, saying that there is something
wrong with the recipients address. i know this is not the
case however, because I have used the address a thousand
times before! HELP!!
 
Why are you using OE 4.0 on an XP machine?

E-mail address do quit working if their host server goes OTS
or the mailbox is full.

Can you send email to yourself?
