In prior releases of Outlook there was an option that allowed you to accept
or reject email originating from a list foreign domains. I have not been
able to find this option in Outlook 2007.
Is it buried or the option no longer exists?

That option never existed, however there is this workaround:

After furious head scratching, Goodyear4 asked:

Yes, That is the option I was looking for BUT all foreign top level domain
names were all ready flagged to reject. Probably because I flagged them in a
prior release of Outlook.

The reason I was looking is because I'm getting 30+ emails a day that are in
a foreign language and are getting through. I keep flagging as junk but they
are still getting through.

UPDATE:

After looking at the header of the email, the mail is from a .net address
but with foreign contents. So it looks like I answered my own question in
regards to foreign top level domains not being rejected.

I did get a reponse of the option I was looking for.

The link for the workaround was great. I will give that a try since the
message is in a foreign language with a .net address.

Thanks for the information.

Here is the information contained in the link you responded:

For the many /.ers who:

a. Use Outlook secretly
b. Receive loads of foreign spam
c. Don't know any foreign languages
d. Don't have any foreign friends
e. Don't have any friends

This Outlook rule is for you!

Apply this rule after the message arrives
with
Ô or ¾ or Ç or or É or ½ or à or ò or Ë or ® or Ä or ã or à or Ö or Ô in the
subject or body
delete it
and stop processing more rules.

This blocks 99% of foreign spam [spamhaus.org]. Sue Mosher wrote about other
effective methods [slipstick.com] for killing spam in Outlook. Finally,
before you reply saying "You dummy, that filter works in any client!" --
You're right.

What about the foreign encodings settings? You can reject all but the
normal English encodings that way.
