It depends on what you mean by "everything". The *operating system* is
there, along with quite a few drivers. However, you may need to get
drivers from mftrs.' websites for your specific hardware. You'll also
need to reinstall any programs you use, such as office programs.

Basically. However you'll need to download whatever updates have
been released. And you may need to get special hardware drivers
from the manufacturers of some hardware devices.
