No, you do not have to install Windows XP on each drive.
It is probably best to try to do a repair of the existing
install. You can do that by putting the Windows XP disk
into the drive, rebooting the computer, selecting boot
from CD, and following the new installation options. If
it can find and detect the existing installation, it will
ask you if you would like to repair it - select yes and
follow the remaining instructions. If that doesn't work,
you may need to do a new installation. The previous
install was likely on the c:\ drive.
