My computer came with the Home Basic 64-bit version of Vista. A few months
ago I decided to upgrade to Premium. I had to format my hard drive a couple
of days ago and using my Windows Anytime Upgrade disc, was able to reinstall
only the Home Basic version. The only option on the upgrade website is to
purchase the upgrade again. Any suggestions?

I too have this problem. I purchased my upgrade from BestBuy and they told me
if I wanted it back then I'd have to pay them to fix it. 150 bucks!?! I don't
think so. I shouldn't have to pay for something I already have. Mine is
32-bit Home and I'm trying to upgrade again to 32-bit Premium. Does it have
something to do with the system ID? It changes after every reformat.

I am having the same problem.
