Reinstallation on the same computer

I know the Beta 2 can be installed on up to 10 computers, I just wanted to
make sure: does reinstallation on the same computer (and
activation/registration) count toward the 10 uses?

Nope; up to 10 pc's per key. Unlimited reinstalls per pc. :-)!!!!
So;to clarify; reinstall to your hearts delight on up to 10 pc's/per key
