Good afternoon.
I had a worm invade my computer. When I would open Outlook
or Outlook Express, the computer would begin writing to a
temporary file on my C drive and eventually fill it. Also,
all of my restore points were wiped out. All programs
would run slowly. I eventually discovered the worm in the
C:\Windows\Pchealth\binaries\helpctr.exe file. I copied
this file to a floppy and deleted it from my computer. The
worm is gone and the computer is working normally however,
I have no "help and support" availability. How do I go
about reinstalling just the Pchealth program in windows XP?

James,

a repair installation may be a good idea, because it would
reinstate all files that may have gone lost.

Boot from the installation CD and elect to install Windows XP.
Then choose a repair installation.

After this, install the latest service pack and all patches. You
can do that from http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/.
