V Vince Averello [MVP-Outlook] Sep 11, 2005 #2 I think installing a non-eval copy should retain your data & such
G Guest Sep 11, 2005 #3 Vince, thanks for the swift response. But only think it will work or are you into understated British? - and pretty sure it will work? Regards GrahamC

V Vince Averello [MVP-Outlook] Sep 11, 2005 #4 I'm definitely not 'into understated British' I've upgraded versions and always kept my data and I'd fully expect an in-version update to do the same.

G Guest Sep 11, 2005 #5 OK - we move on but v. slowly! Have isolated the .pst files. Uninstalled Office and deleted original download. And downloaded the file again. During uninstall the following message came Error 25090 system error -2147024638 Please open office11\1033\setup.chm to review Office Source engine... Uninstall continued and was successful. Then extracted new file and installation interrupted by the message Fatal error and closed. Any bright ideas folks?
