Reinstall XP

Hi, I would like to reformat my hard drive and reinstall xp, and change from a fat32 to a NTFS system. I am running xp now, but am wondering if I will encounter any problems. Would you have any advise on what I should watch out for please.

Shouldn't be a problem. The XP CD has all the tools necessary to partition,
format and install XP. Boot from the XP CD (you may have to go into BIOS and
set the CD drive as the first boot device). Follow on screen prompts.
