reinstall wmdSync.exe

How do I reinstall wmdSync.exe?

It got lost during the uninstallation of active sync4.2 (which I found out
too late is not needed in vista). Now I get the message wmdSync.exefailed
because RAPI.dll is missing.

I reinstalled vista to solve the problem. It worked. Maybe there is a better
way.
