It is not possible to reinstall Windows Mail without reinstalling
Vista, since it is an integral component of Vista.
However, you should be able to regenerate most of WinMail's
structure from scratch by deleting this directory:
C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local|Microsoft\Windows Mail

If the person has messages they want to preserve, then it is better to move
the contents of the Windows Mail directory elsewhere. Then when WinMail
starts, they can go back to those folders and drag the messages back into
the regenerated store.
