Reinstall system, how to save mailboxes?

Hello,

I am planning on a reinstall. I used to look Outlook
express and then I could save the archive folders on
another partition so I never lost my mailboxes and
configurations.

Now with Office outlook, I don't know if this is possible
neither if it works in the same way.

Anyone?
