I transfer music files to a computer hosting Windows Media Center (not
just media player). I put them in My Music, but Media Center usually is
unaware of this, so won't list or play them. I have similsr problems
with music filrs that I delete from My Music. Obviously, Media Center
uses some internal data structure. Is there a simple way to force Media
Center to reindex or refresh that structure so that it is consisteb-nt
with the current set of files in My Music.
Thanks - GC
Extras. What I actually do this for is to read The Econmist online,
becsuse my vision is badly impaired, and the magazine has an audio
edition available to subscribers. To be useful. a solution should not
use too much mouse manipulation, and if you refer to a button or anyting
else to click, please describe where it is in the page/window where it
is located.
Fell free to also email your reply.
