Regular contact and BCM contact

I currently have all my contact in my regular "contacts" folder and it is
updated to other devices by MS Exchange.

I would like to have some of these contacts in BCM, I can copy over existing
ones, I guess.

But for new contacts I don't want to have to enter them in two places, is
there a way to share my regular contacts with BCM ... or does anyone have a
better method for managing this so I don't have to do 2x the work?

I need to have all contacts in my regular folder because of Exchange.

Not supported in BCM (don't shoot the messanger!) You will need a third
party app.
