regsvr32 dispex.dll and Class doesn't Support Automation

L get Class doesn't support Automation on Yahoo!Mail Lotus Notes and many
other sites.

When I go to Run--regsvr32 dispex.dll-- I get "loadLibrary ("dispex.dll")
failed The specified module can not be found". I then run sfc /scannow and
insert the Windows XP CD when prompted. At this point what do I do
next..which Section do I go to on the CD?

I found a fix after 1.5 years!! If you get Class doesn't Support Automation
and many important popup dialog boxes are blank you likely need to download
and run this file Windows Script 5.6 for Windows XP and Windows 2000:

It updates Microsoft® Windows® Script containing Visual Basic® Script
Edition (VBScript.) Version 5.6, JScript® Version 5.6, Windows Script
Components, Windows Script Host 5.6, and Windows Script Runtime Version 5.6.
and I was missing one file "dispex.dll" I then had to go to the command
prompt and type in regsvr32 dispex.dll and the file was loaded (did not load
the first time as I mentioned earlier in this post) and after that all the
popups worked!
