Craig

I'm finding that my CPU is at full usage whilst the
system is in operation. If i look in task manager i see
that regsvc32.exe is making my chip run at 100%. if i end
the task, it drops the processor usage considerably. Any
ideas as to what causes this or more importantly is my
chip going to burn out?

Any help or ideas would be very much apprieciated

Thanks

Your CPU will not 'burn out' from running at 100%. As long as your CPU is
being sufficiently cooled by the fans inside your computer, it will not
overheat. On the other hand, if my brain runs at 100% for too long it just
may burn out.

To learn about regsvc32.exe, do what we do: search for it on the Internet.
Try this, for example:
http://www.google.com/search?q=regsvc32.exe.

(OK, here's a hint: antivirus software.)
