regroup texbox and label

When you created a new texbox in creates a label also that
is "grouped" with the textbox. It's a compound control. If
you delete the label is there a way to put back a label
that will be re-"grouped" with that same textbox?

Cut your label to the Windows Clipboard , select the TextBox and then
Paste.
