Regmon and Filemon don't run on W Server 2003

Error dialog (for FileMon and similar for RegMon) to the effect of:

Error loading FILEMON: Access is denied.
Make sure that you are an administrator, and that Filemon is not already
running.

Filemon is _not_ already running. And I'm an Admin on only the machine's domain
(not the network domain) - but I would think this sufficient (maybe not).

I have a Windows 2003 Server at home, I'll test it tonight and let you know.

Downloaded the latest version and it works fine on my 2003 server box.
