RegMagik has been updated.

When I installed this, it reported a missing file.
I checked with the Microsoft site and this turned out to be a .NET
framework runtime file. I found this odd, so I e-mailed the author. He
sent me a corrected and working version.
This new version, 3.26.2, has not yet turned up on the site.
So, anybody (Omega, are you still with us?) should wait a little.
When the new version has arrived (I can easily check its size with
GetFileSize) I'll report back. (Perhaps it'll not be reflected on the
site.)

"RegMagik is a Registry editor for advanced Windows users. With enhanced
navigation, editing, and search features, it is useful for Windows
software developers, system administrators, integrators and technical
support. It was tested on Windows 98, NT, 2000, and XP. There is usually
a 1-2 days delay before the latest release is available for download."

"What's new?
+ Bookmarks: create, organize them in folders
+ Use W2K or WinXP regedit favorites
+ Go to Key specified by registry path
+ Fixed update problems (views were not updated properly on WinXP)
+ Integration with Windows Explorer: if a value data contains path to a
directory you can explore it with a single mouse click
+ Fast jump to GUID: if a value contains GUID you can jump to its
definition key
+ Go Back and Forward between recently visited keys
+ Opens keys with many subkeys much faster than standard regedit.exe
+ Improved search performance
+ Clear view and fast navigation with 3-state Expand feature"
