Looking to understand what the function
of "mousesensitivity" is. It was a field given to me to
update in response to a posted question; " how do I
increase the click / input area (rectangle) when using my
mouse. It sounds like the right place to make an update,
I increased the value from 14 to 75, looking for a
noticeable change, I do not see any increase in
sensitivity.

Thoughts, directions would be appreciated.

Location of the key / value:

My Computer\HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1292428093-1078081533-
682003330-1001\Control Panel\Mouse

"mousesensitivity" is not what you need. That is the "speed" value.
IOW how much the pointer moves in relation to the mouse movement.
This is the raw sensitivity value, not any Acceleration value.

You want:
"DoubleClickHeight" and
"DoubleClickWidth"
in Pixels to define the allowed movement of the pointer during a
double-click action. If that is not what you mean, ignore this and I
don't understand.

Note that the GUI is different W2k and XP, but IIRC the registry
settings are same or similar.
