Hi everybody!
I scanned my PC with a free anti-spyware and it showed the following
result:
Vendor: Default Windows Settings
Type: Registry value changed
Category: Restore default
Object: software\microsoft\windows\current
version\policies\explorer\disallowrun\1:@:1
Danger: Potentially dangerous

How did it happen? Is it really dangerous? What harm can it cause? What do
I have to do?
Thanks,
Diana

Can you tell us what is this "free anti-spyware " which you scanned with ?
What security softwares you have on your system?

It would have been more useful if you had included the name of the "free
anti-spyware". If it was Spybot Search & Destroy, see this:

Why does Spybot-S&D flag changes in the Windows SecurityCenter? -

Thanks Panda_Man.

xoft-Spy SE anti-spyware.

My Windows XP is updated with the latest service packs and the windows
firewall is activated.
Thanks from Buenos Aires, Argentina

Thanks Malke.
The anti-spy is the XoftSpySE from Pareto Logic.

Then contact them for the answer. I suspect it is the same thing as
Spybot Search & Destroy does.
