Registry question

[Prodigy]

I was looking in my registry editor, and came across a file named
5NBTN#72Z272NP its located under HKEYLOCALMACHINE>SOFTWARE and there it is.
I never remember seeing this before. Also does anyone know a good registry
scanner to get rid of anything not needed.. Thanks alot!!
