Jim;
I have no idea what 5NBTN#72Z272NP is. Search did not find it in my Registry.
Asking what should be in the Registry is akin to asking several Chefs, "What should
be in the kitchen cupboards?"

Tip: When in the Registry and want to copy something. Right click the manilla folder |
Copy Key Name | Paste intoNotepad.
i.e.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm\Registration\3.7.211

For cleaning your computer of crap from top to bottom try
these, they work for me everytime. If you're not familiar
with them, GO SLOWLY. You don't want to get rid of
anything you will need. Hope it helps. Wayne B.

Wayne:

Spybot - Search & Destroy and Ad-aware are spyware detection and removal
applications. They are not used for "cleaning your computer of crap from top
to bottom."
