Registry Problems

I need to make a change to my Registry File, but I cannot open by Registry Editor. Everytime I try run it the window opens for a second and then closes by it self.

Please advise.
 
Hi,

This behavior is often caused by a virus (like Klez), so update your
antivirus definitions and run a full system scan. In the meantime, go to the
utilities section of www.dougknox.com and read up on creating the emergency
tools.
