Hi,

Where to find below settings in Windows 2000 server registry (using registry editor)?

Deny log on as a batch job

Deny logon as a service

Unfortunatelly I set this option to all users and now I cannot login locally even as administrator.

Thanks for your help.

Regards,

Wojtek

Hi Wojtek,

User right security settings are not stored in the registry, they are stored in the
secedit.sdb database.

If you can access the computer by means of an administrative account situated on
another client, and you have the ntrights.exe program from the Microsoft Windows 2000
Resource Kit, you can use it to manipulate the rights. For more information see the
following Microsoft Knowledge Base Article:

You to Log on Interactively
